About this Project
The project was a design build job on Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, DC. that included about 5,000 sq. ft. consisting of both interior and exterior work. Since it is located on a busy street, we had to do a lot of planning for precision.
This project called for complete interior renovation, including furnishing and installation of equipment and materials. The scope of work included concrete footing installation, foundation walls, concrete slab, tile work, mill work, HVAC, fire protection and fire alarm, equipment installation, electrical work, ansul system for hoods, flooring work, door installation, interior paint, exterior paint, framing, drywall, stair installation, bathroom installation, and kitchen equipment installation.
